      Suíça entre outros.

      Na A Division Group a sua responsabilidade inclui a supervisão
      da gestão financeira e a realização de funções
      administrativas e de organização.

      United Kingdom 20th September 1956. Educated in Jersey from 1963
      and married with five children.

Professional Experience

      
1976 - 1987 - Started out in
      the Insurance business at R A Rossborough (Insurance Brokers)
      Limited, St Helier, Jersey - Account Executive and ultimately
      Director, handling large "offshore" risks and Professional
      Indemnity Coverage. In 1983 established the Hemery Group of Companies,
      providing corporate management, international investment facilities
      and Trustee services to private clients/entrepreneurs.

      
1987 - 1993 - Assumed responsibility
      for the management of the Hemery Group. Primarily concerned with
      business development and client servicing within the European
      area, involving extensive travelling. Also responsible for developing
      structures for new clients and advice generally.

      
1994 - Date - Became Proprietor
      of the Hemery Group of companies. The Group ,now headed by Hemery
      Group Holdings Limited, currently operates from London, Switzerland
      and Dubai ,the latter under a management agreement.

      
2001 - Date - Established the
      A Division Group of companies in London ,to provide educational
      ,health and IT consultancy services, including the supply of
      hardware and software systems on a global basis .A Division Learning
      Systems Limited is an appointed supplier to BAE Systems plc,
      and through their good offices is currently undertaking projects
      in Brunei ,Thailand, Kuwait ,Malaysia and South Africa, whilst
      A Division Management FZE is contracted to Electronic Data Systems
      and others to provide Education platforms in targeted countries.

      In October 2004 the A Division Group opened the South West Technology
      Centre in Plymouth, in partnership with WebBased Limited.

      
2005 - Date - In the spring of
      2005 Kevin established a property investment business in Florida,
      USA, under the name Elegant Investments Inc. in conjunction with
      a US resident partner and has a separate US partnership - Ametring
      Air Inc. which trades commercial aircraft and jet engines. He
      also manages a UK based Company selling residential real estate
      in Portugal and Spain.

      
 

      
Interests and Activities

      
Ownership of 1950's airliner
      - De Havilland DH-114 Heron, the last of its type in airworthy
      condition. Built in 1956.

      
Golf and travelling, spreading
      time between homes in Jersey and Florida, US.
